the bridge of the violin is push over the violin by the string, is this a problem for my violin?

It sounds like the bridge of your violin has fallen over. In order to fix this, loosen up the strings, set the bridge standing straight again, and then tighten the strings again.
As far as your second question is concerned, I'm guessing you or someone you know is a beginner and needs these tapes in order to determine where the notes are. If you have a violin teacher, this person should be able to help you. If you're learning without a teacher, then possibly go to a local music store, or even a music school and ask someone who plays a string instrument to help you.
