I play the violin, and i'm always slightly out of tune, any advice?

I always pratice and try to get notes in tone but, it doesn't work for me somehow. I'm always slightly out of tone, I'm either a bit flat or a bit sharp.

Any advice?
Also, Is there an online tuner that I can listen to a specific note?

If after tuning your violin, it still sounds out of tune, you might want to bring it into a music shop. It sounds like your pegs might be slipping. Bring it in, they will fix it so that when you tune it, your pegs stay where they are without moving as you play.
