Online guitar tutoring for FREE?
My grandfather purchased me a very expensive $599 guitar right before he died, I haven't even touched it since. But I am tired of it sitting there! I want to learn! I can play the piano and the violin so I am defiantly a quick learner. I am searching for a site that gives free educational guitar-learning lessons for FREE! If there is no such thing then is there a certain music book that teaches you how to play the guitar rather quickly?
It is a full-size acoustic if this makes any difference.

Free and Quickly are requests that show little interest in doing it right.
How did you learn the piano and violin?
It may be easier to learn some on your own since you do have musical experience.
Go to the music store. The ones that sell music look for books for the accoustic guitar. Look though the book and see if you understand what they are teaching. If so that is the book to buy.
After you have been through book 1 then you can either go to book 2 or start looking at web a youtube sites.
If you want to do it right, don't get in a hurry.
