Playing Classic Guitars And Drinking Rum In Hawaii
Start of this year there was a massive surprise to me given by my family and I didn't have a clue about it. As I had a terrible year in 2009 my family planned a lovely trip to Hawaii for me. It was 1st January, my mother came to my room followed by my sisters to ask me how I was feeling after yesterday night. I replied: I am feeling good thank you but have a terrible hangover.
They looked at me with a cheeky smile on their face and I got the funny feeling that there is definitely something there. Then all of sudden they all replied at once oh well the hangover is not going to last for long after what we got for you. I asked what?, they all shouted out holiday to "Hawaii for three weeks" - I was like your joking! I am so happy. I jumped around with excitement and joy also gave them a massive hug. I was already having visions of Hawaiian women, Hawaiian food. The Hawaiian band playing music to my ears with pianos , guitars and violins while I drink my rum.
Not only that I started having visions of sandy beaches, blue sea and a band in all white playing guitars & keyboard pianos. I was also seeing myself swimming with the dolphins in the morning then resting by the pool in the evening wearing my Ray Ban sunglasses and sipping on margaritas. I just couldn't wait to leave UK and land in the sun kissed land of Hawaii where the weather stays similar all year long.
I was praying to god, please don't let this be a dream and then it happened, my mom came to my room and screamed at me it's 1 pm how long are you going to sleep, WAKE UP!!. Argh I hate such dreams.
